外公's Funeral! :( Hello! [: Here to update on my 外公's Funeral! :( 12June(Saturday) Morning everthing as usual. At night my Father went to DaBao Curry Fish Head. So eat happily. After eating, my Cousin(Ah Mei) suddenly called to tell my Mother that her Father which is my 外公 has just passed away! We was super shocked to hear that. Althought he has Cancer n in the final stage. We didn't expect it to be that fast! So immediately my Mother n I changed clothes n wanted to cab there alr. But there was no Cab. So went home awhile before we took cab there. On the way was listening to Music. Kind of sad anyway. Rch there. Went to see my 外公 one last time. The Doctor was there alr. So the Adults hav a talk there. While the Childrens went inside the Room. However we still chit chat. And was laughing very loud! The Adults keep hav to call us lower down our noise. And yea, finally get to see JieWei, my Cousin. I think it has been years before i last saw him. So we was talking crap with Ah Mei. She damn funny 1, keep talk rubbish! Damn funny larh! All my Cousins were there alr. It has been long since we all meet together. But 1 sad things is that we meet all together at this kind of places. -.- Then my 外公 was carried away to make up etc. Coming bak the next day afternoon. So we went downstairs to eat. While the Adults continue to discuss things. After that went bak to find them. Stay all the way till abt 1AM. Then they drive us home. Couldn't really sleep at night. N my Mother didn't slp. She keep turning around. :x 13 June(Sunday) Morning wake up at abt 9AM+. My AhYi wanted to come n drive us there. So we get ready n stuff. Then went to the Funeral alr. Eat there then nothing much alr. Abt 1PM+ they send my 外公 bak. Dead Ppl after make up seriously look different! :o After that afternoon help to set the Table n stuff. Then help to fold Jin Zhi. At night after eating Dinner. Either help to serve those Ppl drinks if nt is fold JinZhi or pale DS with my Cousin(JieWei). Lols. Then eat Supper. At night my AhYi drive us home. Slp at abt 1AM+. 14 June(Monday) Morning wake up at abt 9AM+. Stay at home in the Morning. Watch Disc. Wait for my Cousin(Kenny) to come drive us there. He stayed overnight the day before. So morning go bak slp. Afternoon then go there again. So same old thing. Help fold Jin Zhi, plae DS(Cooking MAMA) with my Cousin(JieWei) n serve Ppl. At night eat supper again. Sure grow fat! :x We, Cousins sit tgt to joke with one another. At night my AhYi drive us home again. Slept at 1AM+. 15 June(Tuesday) Morning wake up at abt 9AM+. Get ready n stuff. Cab to NUH coz my Bro got checkup. See Doctor n stuff. Super hungry. Cab to Redhill Market to eat Lunch. Then went to the Funeral. Help them to do things etc. Late Afternoon eat Buffet 1st. Then help to set up the Table. Then at night fold JinZhi n serve those Ppl as usual. Then my Grandparents n Uncle from Father's side came. So my Parents chit chat with them. While we continue to fold new kind of Yuan Bao using JinZhi. My Cousin's Grandparents say that Daughter must fold that for Father. So all the Childrens help their Mother to fold. I help my Mother to fold also. So we stay up till quite late just to fold that. We, Cousins sit in tgt at 1 Table. Listen to songs, chitchat n stuff. Keep laughing. Super funny larh! Lols. Manage to fold at least half a bag on just that day. Then my AhYi drive us home. Slept at 1AM+. 16 June(Wednesday) Morning wake up at abt 9AM+. Then watch Disc. Wait for my Bro de Goat Milk to deliver here. Then get ready slightly earlier. Cabed there. Help them get ready stuffs. Then need to go set up table. Then continue help my Mother fold JinZhi. Then plae DS with my Cousin(JieWei) awhile. Then got the XianDeng(Hokkien). Start at abt 5PM. Those Childrens may be young but they very pro at singing etc. All my Cousins went there alr except for mi. Coz i carry my Bro at 1st. After that pass to the Maid. Follow the Adults. Walk around with them n do wat they ask us to do. Something like wan to ask my 外公 rest in peace etc. But we Cousins keep laughing n talking loudly. Then the Adults keep turn over look at us. And my Mother n ErYi cried! :( End at abt 10PM+ At night went bak at abt 12AM+. My Aunty drive us home. Rch home very tired alr. So bath n then slept at 1AM+. 17 June(Thursday) Morning wake up at abt 9AM+. Watch Disc. Wait for my Cousin(Ah Long) to come drive us. He super slow. So rch Redhill at abt 4PM+. So see wat they need us to help. Then eat Dinner. Then got 2 big group of gang ppl came. They came to pay respect. At least got 500 PPl? :o They shout wat they wan say etc. Then bow then go off le. After that the DengSehHong(Hokkien) start alr. All the way till 11PM+. But in between keep got break. Then got 1 part is we sit on the Floor. Then my Cousin(AhLong) sit beside mi. SO they ask if i wan go JC or Poly. Then they began to debat. 1 say go Poly better. 1 say go JC better. Gan's Family(Ah Long & Alex) say Poly better. Then Lim's Family(Kenny & Kelvin) say JC better. Then ltr say till very far go until ITE, Diplomay(?) etc. Then in the end say Girls as long as wear sexy sexy enough alr. Then we keep laughing. The Adults keep turn around ask us quiet. Then ltr they turn to the Left saw somebody de Grandparents coming. So they ask whose. Then ltr my Cousin(Kenny) say is dunno whose Grandparents. Then i turn around look is my Grandparents. Lols. So immediately Ah Long shoot him. Then we laugh out loud! Then we almost kena scolded by the Adults! :x So after that went to serve my Grandparents. Eat Supper. Super funny that day! Went home quite late. My Aunty drive us home About 1AM+ then rch home. Slept at abt 2AM. 18 June(Friday) Last day of Funeral. Woke up at abt 6AM+. My ErYi called to say that they come drive us there. SSo immediately chiong go bath etc. Then went Redhill Market eat Breakfast. I onli slept for like 4Hrs but nt tired. Dunno why. So follow those Ppl to walk around etc. Then got performances, such as those stand on tall tall thing, lion dance, alot of ppl hit drums, take the baskets etc. My Mother, ErYi, AhYi, GrandMother cried! :( Once my Cousin n I saw them, we cried also! :( Then chubing alr. Walk all the way till the Hospital there. Walk for at least 20Mins. Then so many Ppl looking somemore. Somemore still got Gang Ppl over there shouting etc. We cause the Traffic to jam. And we walked on the road. Then went to burn the Coffin. Then bused bak. Pack all the stuff. Then my Aunty drive us home. Bath n then super tired. So slept till like 6PM+. Then my Parents went to DaBao. Eat late Dinner. Slp at 12AM+ that night. This few days may be tired but overall was still fun to get tgt with all my Cousins! However everytime we meet all tgt it must be at this sort of Events. :( I nw still kind of miss my 外公. As we used to go his Hse n he will joke with us etc. Nw that he is gone. I hope he will rest in Peace. And this seven days seems to pass very fast. Even though it is a sad event. Time seems to fly! :x 19 June(Saturday) Morning wake up at 9AM+. Then my Parents went to settle my 外公 stuffs. Then i take care my Bro. Afternoon went over to my AhYi's Hse to swimming with my Nephew(WeiJun). He super scared of water! Coz maybe he keep drink till water. Then bath n then went my AhYi's Hse to eat.My Cousin(Ah Tian) say we should relax ourself awhile. So he treat us eat lorh. Lols. After that use Com while my Parents watch World Cup 2010! Rch home abt 12AM+. Slept quite early. That's all for the busy week. Bye! [: |
